Training Summary:

This training event will focus on sustainability and will honor grantee achievements and successes, while also addressing the continued and new challenges faced by Round III grantees.  A peer learning community format will be used to guide improvement efforts.

Who Should Attend:

SDFSC Grantee recipients: Program Managers and Prevention Coordinators as well as Prevention Providers.  There will be time dedicated to evalauation on Day 2, so Evaluators are encouraged to attend.

Cost:

The 2 day full - day (8:30 am - 4:30 pm) Learning Community Conference is free of cost. Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks are included with the training event.

Accommodations:

Overnight hotel rooms are NOT paid for by CARS.  CARS has secured a room block at the Doubletree Sacramento Hotel available to grantees at the Government State Rate of $84.00 per night.   Attendees requiring overnight accommodations are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Please call the Doubletree Sacramento Hotel at 916. 929.8855 to make your reservations with the "CARS" room block.  Hotel space is limited and registrations will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
